Who we are

What we collect

  • Enquiry data – name, email, phone, address and project details you submit via our forms, calculator or callback widget.
  • Usage data – pages viewed, device type, approximate location (from IP). Only collected if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Marketing data – advertising identifiers from Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight. Only collected if you accept marketing cookies.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and deliver a quote – contract / legitimate interests.
  • To improve our website and measure ad performance – consent (you can withdraw at any time via "Manage cookies").
  • To meet legal, tax and warranty obligations – legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We use vetted processors: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Pixel), LinkedIn (Insight), Microsoft (Clarity), our CRM and email provider, and Smart Glazier (calculator). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Enquiry data: up to 24 months after last contact. Customer records: 7 years for tax. Analytics data: 14 months. Marketing identifiers: 13 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email mail@glasstailors.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
