The Supply-Only Process: Simple & Efficient

We've streamlined our Supply Only process to make it as straightforward as possible for Contractors and tradespeople. Our goal is to minimise your project's lead times and ensure a smooth experience from quotation to Delivery.

1. Quotation & Specification

Begin by providing us with your project specifications, including dimensions, glass type, finishes, and any specific requirements. Our team can assist with technical advice to ensure your choices are optimal for your application. We provide detailed, transparent quotations.

2. Order Confirmation & Manufacturing

Once you approve the quotation, your order is confirmed, and manufacturing commences. Our state-of-the-art facility ensures precision cutting, polishing, and tempering of your glass components. We maintain strict quality checks at every stage.

Pro Tip for Contractors: Always double-check your measurements. While we can offer guidance, the ultimate responsibility for accurate dimensions lies with the client for Supply Only orders. Consider creating templates for complex shapes to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Quality Control & Packaging

Before dispatch, every item undergoes a final quality inspection. Glass is then carefully packaged using specialised methods to protect it during transit, ensuring it arrives on your site in pristine condition. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigours of Nationwide Delivery.

4. Nationwide Delivery

Our dedicated logistics partners handle the Delivery, bringing your custom glass directly to your project site anywhere in the UK. We provide estimated delivery times and tracking information so you can plan your installation schedule effectively. For large or complex orders, we can coordinate specific delivery arrangements to suit your site access and offloading capabilities.

Benefits for Contractors & Developers

• Cost-Effective: Access to premium glass at competitive Trade Glass prices, without the overhead of local bespoke suppliers.
• Time-Saving: Efficient ordering and reliable Delivery mean less time spent sourcing materials and faster project completion.
• Consistent Quality: Guarantee of high-quality, compliant glass for all your projects, maintaining your professional reputation.

Ensuring Compliance and Safety

Working with glass, especially in structural applications, requires strict adherence to safety standards. All our Supply Only glass products are manufactured in accordance with relevant British Standards, such as BS EN 12150 for toughened glass and BS EN 14449 for laminated glass. We encourage all Contractors to familiarise themselves with the latest building regulations and best practices for glass installation, often detailed by organisations like the Designing Buildings Wiki or the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

For specific applications like guarding or overhead glazing, particular attention must be paid to glass type and thickness. Our team can advise on the appropriate specifications to meet these stringent requirements, ensuring both safety and longevity for your installations.
